• No smoking inside rooms or indoor common areas. Designated smoking zones are located outside the building.
• Quiet hours are observed from 22:00 to 07:00 to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests.
• Maximum occupancy per room is limited to the number confirmed at booking. Any additional guests must be declared and may incur extra charges.
• Pets are only allowed with prior written permission and a supplemental pet‑fee.
• All guests must present a valid government‑issued ID (passport or national ID) at check‑in.
• Check‑in time: 14:00 (2 PM). Check‑out time: 11:00 (11 AM). Early check‑in or late check‑out may be arranged for a fee subject to availability.
• Guests are responsible for any damage or loss caused to the property, its furnishings, or equipment during their stay.
• Use of the kitchen and dining areas is limited to the hours posted on the notice board. Proper cleaning after use is required.
• Security cameras operate in public corridors and exterior areas for safety; they do not record inside private rooms.
• Any violation of these rules may result in additional charges or eviction without refund.
